Filing a Complaint

If you believe that your intellectual property rights are being infringed on ProMartLLC.com, please send a detailed report to IPclaims@promartllc.com including:

  • Your full legal name, company name (if applicable), and contact information
  • A detailed description of the copyrighted work, trademark, or patent in question
  • Proof of ownership or registration (e.g., trademark number, copyright certificate)
  • Direct URL(s) to the allegedly infringing product or content
  • A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the rightful owner or authorized agent

Review & Resolution

Upon receiving a complete claim, our compliance team will promptly investigate and take appropriate action, which may include removal of listings, suspension of seller accounts, or further legal inquiry. We also provide an opportunity for the alleged infringer to submit a counter-notice, if applicable under applicable U.S. law.

Legal Safeguards

False or fraudulent claims may result in liability for damages under Section 512(f) of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). If you’re unsure whether your intellectual property rights have been violated, please consult a qualified attorney.
